Battlefront 2 freezes the entire pc

Yesterday, I downloaded the game, opened it and noticed that it was kinda laggy so I went to settings, made the graphics lower, and I've stumbled upon a setting for enabling DirectX 12 and it said that It increases performance, and that is what I needed. I enabled the setting, restarted the game, and it was loading very long, so I was bored and watched some Youtube videos, and like after 15 minutes my entire PC completely froze, even the mouse was not moving, I restarted my pc, opened the game and now it crashed again, but much faster ,I even reinstalled the game but it still crashes in loading, so I cant even go to settings and disable DirectX 12 and yes, it is my DirectX version on my PC, so what do I do?
