Do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
We all know the steps to take to check our equipment. I am on High Speed Cable 100mp and use ethernet. It lags and rubber bands bad! I can log into other online games and smooth as glass. Checked my Ping and speed test all great! Fix your servers EA Thanks!

Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot me the results? Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/.

I can try, but I already know this I have the game on my ps4 as well and it was running smooth on PSN so it is either a bug in game, or Xbox Live. I will also add this for laughs the game looks terrible on PS4 after playing it on Xbox One X for so long. The difference is staggering!

You need a PC for the test. It can't be run on Xbox. That's unfortunate as it would really help find out why this is happening. Something else you can try is using alternate DNS servers. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
