Battlefront 2 Matchmaking issue

I can not overstate just how much I DESPISE the newest iteration of matchmaking. Specifically in regards to factions.

It often happens that I want to play in a particular faction (most recently to try to play the dark side in HvV, in hopes of getting Grievous). If l get assigned to the light side for my first match, I play the match through, because history has shown me my next match will be with the dark side, and I'll get my shot at Grievous.

Not so with this new, horrible system. It matchmakes more often than not, and appears to arbitrarily assign factions every time.

I just set a personal record today for most consecutive matches with the light side. FIVE! I might have gotten six if I hadn't quit.

That's my main point. Now there is no reason not to quit right away if you are assigned a faction you don't want to play, because there are no guarantees you'll get the other faction next Round by being patient.

PLEASE fix this. I see a lot more people hopping in and out in the pre-round lobby, and I suspect it will only get worse over time, if people don't outright quit the game entirely in frustration.
