Summarize your bug I lost progress for troopers and heroes. All their rank went to 37 from 200/300/400. All enforcement etc went to 21. Troopers all 69.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how. I just logged in to play and saw the ranks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is fully playable. Only the ranks lowered.
What do you expect to see? My ranks after 2100 hours in game going back to normal.
