Battlefront 2 random bugs/crashes

Hi, my game is constantly crashing on some days and on others it works perfectly.

Ive already tried everything:
- rename game

- run as admin
- directx11
- settings in the bootoptions
- graphics drivers
- discord settings
...

Ive read every article on crashes on this "support" and still cant fix it.
On some days it works perfectly on some it doesnt.

Before crashing my screen freezes and i cant move. 
After the crash there is no error code, nothing.

I have battlefront 2 from steam and am running it from the ea app

I am thinking about returning the game, because support is ridicolous and EA does not care about proofing this * against hackers and major bugs like this.
I am suffering under these conditions for almost 6 months and have spent 300+ € for support online, to fix my pc multiple times, but it never worked.

    Thanks @18th-mondlw .

    While your DXDIAG is showing your GPU driver is slightly out of date, I doubt this is causing your issue.

    I'm not used to seeing a "luminoncore iddcx adapter" in the report. While I'm not saying this is causing your issue, you may want to disable/remove that and see what happens.

    Also, if you look at the bottom of that report, you will see multiple errors. I suggest you see if any of those are causing your issue.

  • @DarthFDG hi, lumincore something is used by Splashtop wired display adapter, its a program that uses my ipad as a 2nd monitor. i can uninstall it, but i doubt it will help

    Ive uninstalled the display adapter software and still got crashes. I think im gonna return it, ive got no hope and no money left for this corporation

    Sorry, you said you were considering returning, so I thought that was the end of line.

    Did you resolve the multiple issues at the bottom of the DXDIAG report?
