Fixed the problem no thanks to the people here, apparently if you turn on "Share usage data" in the EA account settings, it will give you MASSIVE network lag, so turn it off.

In my case, I sometimes everything is ok and all of the sudden I can't move but everyone keeps playing ok with no signs of lag. I can look around all the action but can't move or shoot and I get a message that internet connection is low but when I check it is normal with the same download/upload and ping. Even the server shows the same ping in EA account tab. and the enemy can see me ok because they kill me and I die as if I was just chilling.

Even worse, sometimes it comes and goes intermittently so I don't know if I should just give up and stop playing. I have reset the modem, restart PC, restart the game but nothing seems to help.
