battlefront 2 shop not showing

i am unable to access the store on my game (PS4). All it says is that there are unopened crates and there is no shop icon or anything to buy any customizables.

Hey @nanikitsune  you need to go to each trooper, hero and find what kind of customisation they have and its there you buy them - the shop should only show crystals. 

For unopened crates they should be here:
