Strangely enough, I probably have the most fun with BF2 because there are no personal and universal player stats.
this really encourages more objective play and overall fun with the game - instead of sweating over K/D, KPM, SPM etc.
@Im_A_Drag85Yeah K/D really doesn't matter. If one takes a hero or just a better class than regular soldiers, he can rack up a lot of kills, but it's not that much of a big deal.
Things like a good K/D may show that you indeed know how to play that class, but it doesn't really represent your skill level. Same when you play with an inferior class against enforcers all the time or focus objectives more and therefore die more often.
In modes like Supremacy it doesn't even matter how many enemies you kill because there is no ticket system, only the stationary objectives count for the match progression.
