Hi @criticaljuancho and welcome to Answers HQ!
You describe the problem in some detail.
3 great places to start are:
- What playform are you playing on?
- What happens when you try to launch the game?
- What have you tried to troubleshoot and solve the issue?

What system are you playing on? Does it meet the minimum system requirements?
Please attach a dxdiag to this thread:

- Only since the recent update (June 2018) has this started happening to me. I found on the web a workaround, but it relates to editing the "BootOptions".
Been onto EA support and they simply closed the case without offering a solution. I started a new chat and they replied "Details are not being load due to tool outage so I request you please end this chat and initiate a new chat.". Been several days unable to access the game now. Fix one thing, break another EA !!! If it's the same issue I had you need to go to Documents -> Star Wars Battlefront II -> settings -> open BootOptions in notepad and change GstRender.EnableDx12 1 to GstRender.EnableDx12 0. Also check other rows in the file if screen refresh rate is not set to 0.000000 and resolution higher than your monitor supports.
- Yep, thats exactly it, - issue is, this resets after every session so you need to update the file EVERY TIME. Just had a VERY disappointing attemt at a chat session, then a phone call that got cut off. EA support is absolutely dismal ! And after every disconnected chat or call, they mark the case as resolved WTF. So the management are getting false KPIs that their support team is doing a great job, which they ARE NOT. What gets me, is I made no changes to my settings in game so why these workarounds. I didn't rant once during the spate of bugs and issues, being so hopeful that in this latest update, things would be sorted. Now im more disappointed than ever, more in the fact that their support is non-existant
@JackReachersMum Actually it does not reset every time. You need to do it only once, then launch the game and visit Video settings and set Dx12 off in the game. Once you do that the setting is saved and does not need to be changed manually before every launch again.
