Hello! Look, i tried with this and worked for me

1_ uninstall EA App
2_ Delete the folder
3_ Install again de EA app
4_ with "admin permission" open "App Recovery"
5_ with "admin permission" EAupdater

tell me then if u can fix it with these steps

    Nope. Wouldn't start via Steam either.
