Battlefront disabling Dolby Software on Acer Predator 17 G9-791

I'm being having problems with the game turning off the Dolby on my laptop forcing me to tab out and turning it back on in its software, what I'm asking if there is a way to stop the game from turning of the software as it kills the volume a very low level even when I pull it up its barely audible(with the dolby software turned off) the levels are fine when the software is turned back on.
