ur gonna love me, i found a fix that allows use of 4k fullscreen
Turn off windows game bar.... yes that simple and it fixed all my issues

Had to take from my mobile phone as print screen didnt capture the green screen.
Once it got to the main menu the graphics appeared fine, but then loading into arcade mode it appeared again.
well just tried to play again today, dx 12 fix doesnt work for me anymore
this is crazy 2 months plus and still can't play an 80$ dollar game...
does anyone know if its possible to get a refund at this point or have i been EA-ed
you'd think that a company that received such a colossal PR failure would try to fix their **** but their stock value is doing rly well so i guess they don't care
i feel bad for the employees who actually want to do a good job but in the spirit of keeping this forum directed at solving a technical issue ill stop my rant here.
i read somewhere that turning HDR/UHD settings off then on again temporarily fixes this issue for some although that hasn't been the case for me.
windowed mode sometime works but rarely
triple buffering through nvidia helped but doesn't work anymore
i tried unplugging a 3rd smaller raspberry pi screen that i use for temp monitoring, oddly that improved performance (when i was able to play)
not sure what else to do, i suppose us tv users are stuck waiting for a patch but given the failure that is SWBF2, im assuming EA has already moved developers away from this game and onto other projects. it would certainly follow their past management trends
