ur gonna love me, i found a fix that allows use of 4k fullscreen
Turn off windows game bar.... yes that simple and it fixed all my issues

Still experiencing this issue, support havent been any help at all.
They keep referring me back to the knowledgebase which doesnt have anything useful to this problem!
As an added bonus everytime they email me they close the ticket and mark it as resolved!
Still unable to use dx11 in Battlefront 2, and massive lag spikes in dx12 (but there is a knowledgebase article on this problem) but of course the suggestion is to use dx11 which quite obviously doesnt work.
still having this issue too... can't even play the game
found a work around
i noticed the issue only happens in 4k, if ur running a 4 tv like myself you can switch over to 1080p and set resolution scale to 200, doesn't look as good but functional.
seems like the game doesn't support 4k.
