Battlefront II Keep Crashes to Desktop When Launching Heroes and Villains

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Game crashes every time I play Heroes and Villains when launching charachter screen or returning a main menu after the match ended.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know maybe try to launch a heroes and villains game but I don't think you will encounter this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes for a second and crashes to desktop.
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region Europe

This happened after the last update if I remember correctly. When I try to play a heroes and villains game mode, It crashes to desktop when launching charachter screen. And also happens after match ending and returning the main menu. Sometimes I can play without seeing crashes for a long time. But sometimes It crashes every game.

    Given this release has been out for a while now and the crashes reported are usually with local configs, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report in case anyone sees anything that looks odd with your local config.

    You can also search the forum for "crash". You will see plenty of posts. Perhaps, some of those will help.

    Thanks for your reply. I've added DXDIAG report to my case. I lookep up a forum and didn't find a crash like I encountered. I tried some solutions but they didn't work as well.

    Hey, @OMGARAB make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 

     

    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Star Wars: Battlefront 2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
