Battlefront II launching as "Frostbite"

I'm currently experiencing an issue when I attempt to launch battlefront II. It loads up normally, but when I press windows key + g to change the volume, the game is titled "Frostbite" rather than "Battlefront II".

For some reason the game no longer detects any inputs. It seems to launch fine and makes it to the main menu, where I am then stuck because I can't control anything.

I've had this problem before, and re-installing fixed it, but I don't want to have to spend another day re-installing the game with a high chance of running into the same issue a week later.

I've tried updating and repairing the game, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone has any ideas, please help me out. Thanks!
