@so_many_corpses i suggest you to try this DX12 thing he showed in his video. I mean the end, just turn it off for once. You don't need to install the driver if you don't want, but set the DX to 0 (zero)
It helped me with games like Civilisation and if it helps not it is easily turned on again.

@Rotblut I went to check and DX12 was already turned off. Probably because I have RX 560. lol
- 4 years agoI even tried reinstalling the game. That still isn't helping, idk why and what is causing that.

Solved by moving taskbar to bottom

If you have two monitors, try disabling the taskbar on the one you are not playing the game. It solved the issue for me.
