If you have two monitors, try disabling the taskbar on the one you are not playing the game. It solved the issue for me.

    Few moments latter... it still minimizes to task bar. It has something to do with the resolution... But I'm not sure why, I can't check video settings of the game because the game is not available more than a few moments. Game is unplayable for me.
