- @EA_Atic It says that im restricted from all online features of the game while i’ve been playing it for over 3 years and it never happened to me i dont know what to do

I'm getting same message along with failed to connect to the ea servers
I am having the same problem
@EA_AticI just got the game and made an account, when I go to the screen that asks for your email I put it in but it acts like I either didn’t put an email in there or it doesn’t recognize it. The email thing is just red with a message telling me to type my email in and if I press continue it just pulls up the keyboard to type in the email. This is on the Xbox One console.
