BB-9E Charge Up ability is not reducing ability recharge time

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this bug. BB9E would be more useful if the ability 'recharge' stated in the description actually worked. With the star card that increases the radius of charge up, I can see this being more useful. In the mean time, the only thing that works is the cooling it does for blaster weapons. Hopefully the devs or the community manager here sees this and let's the team know about it.
