Blaster Heroes can Shoot and Lightsabers can Block During Ragdoll

I experience this issue a lot. It's annoying, you get an ability of on an enemy hero yet they instantly pop back up already blocking. I really enjoy this game bug the bugs and issues are so infuriating that If it wasn't a Star Wars game I'd of quit playing a long time ago...
