Block randomly stops working

This is again another report about the BUG I exposed fully in April, and which still didn't get any official response: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Disabled-Block-BUG/m-p/6762835#M13381

It affects all Saber users, except Maul (because he can't block). It happens due to unknown reasons, but staggering/immobilizing moves seem to be strongly related to be the cause of the BUG.

Then again in April I showed how to reproduce this BUG on purpose on Arcade Splitscreen using Vader's Choke Half Effect BUG (which is reported and detailed here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Half-Effect-BUG-Maul-s-Choke-Hold-Kylo-s-Freeze-Vader-s-Choke/m-p/7288947#M20762 )

It's extensively reported, it's a very old BUG, and now it's happening a lot more then usual. I'd rather focus efforts on that thread that compiles info on this BUG since April, then having many new reports here and there because now it's happening more then ever.
