Summarize your bug Bomber Cadet reward is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve because you have to play through 137 rounds of D'Qar and Unknown Regions which doesn't have bomber available. Don't make rewards if you're not going to let players attain them while playing ANY ROUND and not have to grind through 137 rounds just to play one round where you might have a chance.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a round of Starfighter Assault. I GUARANTEE you get D'Qar or Unknown Regions no matter when you play. You never get an opportunity to play a round with a Bomber available in it.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are prevented from ever playing a round with a Bomber which makes the Bomber Cadet reward impossible to achieve.
What do you expect to see? Have an opportunity to play a Starfighter Assault round other than D'Qar and Unknown Regions (which are both incredibly lame anyway but that might be because of the 7000 rounds of playing it trying to get a level that actually offers a Bomber).
