Bossk's moving speed too low after update

Summarize your bug In custom arcade I have noticed that Bossk's moving speed has been reduced. In my opinion the moving speed is reduced that much that it is not pleasant anymore to play bossk.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 3-21-2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 3:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sprint as Bossk in arcade and you will see that Bossk's moving speed is very low.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bossk is not moving fast when he is sprinting.
What do you expect to see? That the moving speed of Bossk will be increased in the next update.
