DX12 is not just broken for the RTX 3070. It's been problematic since the get-go.
As far as your crashing problems...
If it was working fine with your GTX 1080 Ti and is not with the RTX 3070, it's obviously something with the new card. I'm not sure you'll get EA to say whether the game supports the RTX 3070. Afterall, that card came out after EA stopped providing updates. You would hope the RTX is backwards compatible, but may not be.
Since you have the most recent graphics driver, you may want to try rolling back a couple versions to see if that helps.
Tried rolling back and it didn't help sadly. Still getting more BSOD's relating to bad drivers. It sucks because this is the only game it can't do. I can run a stress benchmark for hours without issues. I can also play literally any game without issues for hours. BF2 for 30 minutes is the exception. DX11 runs fine it's just I keep getting BSOD's.
Everything you can imagine is also up to date. I mean EVERYTHING. BIOS is also accounted for in that. I'm not even worried about it being my GPU because it's only this game. Anyways I'll keep searching to see if I can fix it.
