Campaign Mission "General Distress" Fails to Load

Summarize your bug The campaign mission, "General Distress" on Takodana does not load. It enters the splash screen and the loading indicator is visible, then fades away. The tips still cycle through normally.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happened for me after beating the previous mission. It also happens when I select "continue campaign" or "select mission" and select the mission individually from the menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? As stated in the summary, the game hangs on the loading screen indefinite. Left it running for about 10 minutes and it still didn't load in

I repaired the game through Origin and the bug still occurs.
