Campaign: The Cleaner: Scavenger milestone bug.

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? Challenges
Which part of it? Persistent
Summarize your bug I have found all three hidden items in The Cleaner: Scavenger, but the milestone remains at 2/3 The Cleaner: "hidden items" found. I cannot re-find/reclaim the hidden items by replaying The Cleaner, as they have already been found. I am connected. I have tried restarting. I did experience the gear upgrades bug but those have all been resolved. This is my one remaining issue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't clear The Cleaner: Scavenger "hidden items" Milestone.

    I did the following which allowed me to claim the milestone reward and have it marked as cleared.

    1) In the PS4 XrossMedia Bar, I went to Settings.
    2) Theb I chose "Application Saved Data Management".
    3) I selected "Saved Data in System Storage."
    4) I chose "Delete".
    5) I selected the saved data for the Star Wars Battlefront
    6) I deleted all saved online and system data including back ups.
    7) Then I restarted the game

    * It totally cleared out ALL progression from the Campaign Mode only. Which allowed me to find all the collectibles again and get credit for it.

    * This method didn’t erase any data or progression in the online modes, and it didn’t erase any milestones I had already received. I also kept all currencies.

    I'm also having this same problem on Xbox One- played through the campaign offline when the game first came out and found scavenger crates in three missions. I'm now stuck at 20/23 for the Campaign milestones.

    I’m having the same problem on The Cleaner -though I’m stuck at 1/3, despite having collected all 3 collectibles. PS4 version.

    Same problem here. PS4. Played through the mission again just to make sure but there are no collectible left to obtain but still stuck at 2/3 (as indicated in three filled dots in pic provided.) Have had it since launch and it's one of the last 10 I need completed. It's going to feel frustrating if I complete all the other milestones and only have this bug keeping me from 100%. Hopefully this will get fixed in a patch ASAP...

    Has anyone tried restarting the campaign to see if it resets the milestones associated with them? I really don't want to play the whole campaign again so I'm not sure I want to try it.

    How does one get any kind of acknowledgement from someone in the know?  Has this been addressed elsewhere in the boards already?

    A quick search shows that it's been posted a couple of other times... There is a more general 'challenges' thread with a lot more exposure but its focused on a variety and not sure this won't be lost in the wash. This post was the most recent and replied comment that was specific to this milestone so hopefully some more exposure will help. I also have this posted to reddit but I fear it will fall of deaf ears there.This is supposed to be the official place to report something to get fixed so hopefully someone in the know is watching these forums. If we possibly keep this post updated with replies, maybe they will eventually notice.

    I have that problem 3 of them cleaner and Endor , under covered skies

    double297 - yes I've tried that and the collectibles are just not there. It seems once you've collected them they're gone, even if you restart.

    I’m having the same issue with this milestone as well.

    On the milestone screen it says that I have found 1 out of 3 collectibles. However, the mission screen says that I have found all 3 collectibles for the Scavenger ; The Cleaner mission.

    I’ve tried redoing the mission but I’ve already unlocked the items.

    Yeah that worked.  A side effect is that this strips all of your characters/ships of their Cards.  Easy enough to put back, but took me a bit by surprise. Thanks.
