Can’t quit from a match when on end match info screen

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When on the progress screen at the end of a match, I can’t quit. I hit B button to quit hit A button to confirm and it takes me back to the progress screen without quitting. It usually take me doing this up to ten times before it quits

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:30
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play galactic assault and try to quit
What happens when the bug occurs? You can’t quit
What do you expect to see? That it quits the first time you select quit
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
‌This issue is very annoying so please fix this fast

    Could you check if the same problem occurs after installing the latest patch (2.1)? If yes, I will report it to our specialists right away.

    You can only quit after the next round begins. Just wait until the "Continue" button appears, click the "Continue" button to go into next match then quit. This bug has been with the game since launch.

    Remember that about 99% of the game's awful performance issues is caused by the uncapped FPS which they basically refuse to fix. This was supposed to be taken care of THREE PATCHES AGO and it's still not fixed. I just applied today's patch and when I launched the game, it immediately crashed back to desktop. There's no way anyone can be testing this game on a PC and doesn't know about this issue.

    @the-creative-pup @EA_Ataashi There is still this bug where the "continue" button does not show up and you will always spawn as an assault or random hero (depends on mode), because you can not choose in the pre-round screen. Is there a way to avoid this bug?

    @EA_Ataashi For now I have not experienced this bug in the game mode starfighter assault, however all other modes (maybe except someones) have this bug. Maybe the dev team can look into the different codes used for starfighter assault and for example galactic assault, because a difference in coding between the modes may reveal the source of this bug.
