Can I choose my own side on Battlefront II?

I have always loved the game mode Supremacy. I love the capturing command posts, etc... but I have always wanted to be able to ONLY be on the Republic side, or Empire, or First Order. Is it possible to do such things? Is it at least possible to be able to increase the chance of the team I am on?

    @BogdanDash On CO-OP missions online you can choose your factions as well as are, and you can also do this in offline Instant action missions and supremacy (basically offline co-op and offline supremacy without the capital ship phase).

    @HCarbonic Agreed. You can choose your faction for offline Instant Action Supremacy and for both online & offline CO-OP. But, you cannot choose your faction for online Supremacy.

    If you form a group/party all of you will  be on the same side
