Can not Spawn in Supremacy (PC)

I tried to play Capital Supremacy today, (Age of the Republic) and I could not spawn in.  The vast majority of the players in the lobby were also expressing the same frustrations in the chat.  When on the spawn screen, you become locked there and cannot even exit.  Please help.
