Can the number of players needed to start the game be lowered

I'm sure most of us have been through this  Waiting to start a game and when you get close players drop out Waiting  Then to rub it in some more  Other players join and round and round it goes  I...

    One of the most frustrating thing's about this game has happened multiple times today
    Had a full game of OT supremacy and when it finished
    I got shoved in a lobby with 8 people on each side
    People got sick of waiting and left.
    The most irritating thing was we got down to 10 and 8 people needed to start the game.
    Watching 2 leave and 10 seconds later 3 other people join and on it went till everyone just got sick of waiting and quit.

@ToddyRocket1This really wouldn't be a bad idea, particularly for the less popular modes/maps.

In BF2015 we have exactly this problem with the DLCs.
