The reason why Ahsoka looks so Different in Rebels is because she is about 30 Years old, 14 years older after leaving the Jedi Order. Not only is it a Different Art Style, but she is 14 years older in Rebels than we last saw her in Clone Wars. Ahsoka in Rebels is a very accurate Version of what she would look like as an Adult, they did a good job of making her look older. They changed her Tattoos but they still look Similar, maybe she changed them herself, also, she doesn't wear a Green Crown anymore, she wears a Red, Gold, and White Crown probably over the Green one she used to have. She also wears a Cooler outfit in Rebels than she does in Clone Wars. Because she left the Jedi Order, she is now a Neutral Force User, neither a Jedi, nor a Sith. But still good. She uses White Lightsabers to symbolize that she is no Longer a Jedi nor a Sith. She is still Very Acrobatic in Rebels just like she was in Clone Wars. She fought Vader in Rebels, there is a scene while she is fighting him where she does 2 Back Flips while fighting him. She is still Very Acrobatic.
There are other scenes where she is Acrobatic but that is my Favorite from Rebels. She looks Awesome as an Adult and they did a fine job making her look like an Adult. Her story in Rebels is about Discovering who Vader is, and she feels Immense Guilt about leaving him and the Jedi Order once she discovers who he is. Ahsoka has evolved a lot from the age of 14, to 16, to 30. And it is a Cool Evolution. She is very Skilled in Rebels. Ahsoka in Rebels is Ahsoka at her Strongest and most Powerful. She has had more years to Improve her Lightsaber Skills and get more Powerful with the Force. I would reccomend at least giving the episodes of Rebels that have Ahsoka in them a try. Rebels is not as Childish as you think, it's not as good as Clone Wars, but still good and worth watching, Teen Titans Go is only for Children. Not Rebels. Rebels takes place after Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith and before Rogue One and the Original Trilogy. It's a Great show. If you think Ahsoka is skilled with 2 Lightsabers in Clone Wars, you should see how skilled she is in Rebels. She is skilled with 2 Lightsabers in Clone Wars but you should really see how skilled with them she is in Rebels. I promise you it's worth it. It's still the same character and still the same Actress. People on YouTube have made Sad Emotional Tributes about her discovering who Vader is and Show footage of her from both Shows. They show how much she's grown up. Some really good ones include: Star Wars: Ahsoka's Journey - Story Tribute by ALPHA vs B3TA, Ahsoka Tano, the Chosen Padawan for the Chosen One // See What I've Become by Sneaky Snips, Ahsoka + Anakin - It's What Goes On In Here That's Hard by trulyfabulouskilljoy, and Ahsoka/Anakin/Vader - RED - Part That's Holding On by Jonde.
One of the most Intriguing storylines in Rebels is Ahsoka blaming herself for Anakin's Fall to the Dark Side. Why? Because she left, and this Guilt Tears her apart, making her more of a Tragic Character. I would recommend watching the Episodes Fire Across the Galaxy, she makes an Appearance at the end, The Siege of Lothal, The Lost Commanders, Relics of the Old Republic, The Future of the Force, that is a really good one, Shroud of Darkness, The Mystery of Chopper Base, and Twilight of the Apprentice from Rebels. Fire Across the Galaxy is from Season 1, the rest are from Season 2 of Rebels, and if you want to see Ahsoka fight Vader, I would recommend giving Rebels a try. Don't expect the fight between Ahsoka and Vader to be Too Long, though, and if you give Rebels a try, don't expect an Exact Answer of what happened to her after fighting Vader, her Fate has been left Anonymous. Which, again, makes her more of a Sad and Tragic character, if you like Ahsoka, and want to see the end of her story so far, I would recommend giving Rebels a try, just watch the Ahsoka episodes, it is a Sad and Powerful Story, don't watch all the episodes if you don't want to give Rebels a try, but at least watch the episodes that have Ahsoka in them, it is Totally worth it. Clone Wars is still Better than Rebels, but Rebels is still a Great Show. And there are Deaths in it like Clone Wars. Rebels is not all Happy Happy. It gets Dark at times. And if you do watch the Ahsoka Episodes in Rebels, I wouldn't watch those YouTube Tributes until after. I promise you, she's Awesome in Rebels, she is still a BA, don't worry.
One of her Most Memorable Quotes from Rebels is "I am no Jedi." I grew up with this Character for 8 Years, so she is my Favorite Star Wars Character. Ahsoka will look Different in Rebels, but it is still the same Character, voiced by the same person. She's just an Adult in Rebels. Not a Teenager. And I promise you she looks Awesome with those White Lightsabers. She mentions several times that she left the Jedi Order in Rebels, they didn't just drop her History. She is not a Main Character in Rebels, she is a Supporting Character, but she is still Awesome. There is also an Ahsoka Book that explains how she got her New White Lightsabers that takes place about a year after Revenge of the Sith, and if you know about The Siege of Mandalore Episodes she would have participated in the Very Last Episodes of Clone Wars of Season 8, that story is in the Beginning of the Book. Ahsoka's story is Very Sad, she left. I know so much about her because she is my Favorite Character. Rex also makes a return in Rebels, so if you like him, you'll like that, but he's Old because Clones age Faster than People.
Honestly, we'll be Lucky if EA even gives us one Version of Ahsoka in Battlefront 2. Star Wars Fans Assume both of the Shows are only for Children because they're Animated, but they're not. And there has been no Confirmation that they will include content from the Shows as well as the movies so I am losing Hope. But, the more Content this game has, the Better, but not everybody agrees. I will be surprised if we get any Characters from the Shows, honestly, they could add them in as a later Free DLC, but I don't know. It would be Nice to get Both Versions of her, as one is more Powerful and would be a Perfect Rival for Vader, while the other one could be playable in The Clone Wars Era, but I'll be surprised if they put her in the game in General.
- Anonymous9 years agoThey could add Rebels Content as a DLC. That's how we could get the Rebels Version of her in the game. Sorry but I need to use those White Lightsabers in this game eventually. It is one of the Most Rare and Unique Lightsaber Colors Ever and the Hardest to get in SWTOR. Plus, she looks so Awesome and Powerful with them. This Version would be a Great Playable Character in this Game. If we get Ahsoka in this game at all from some DLC's we might get The Clone Wars Version, too. If she is ever added. I would be surprised if she does get added eventually. She is not as Popular as I would like her to be. I will be Very Surprised if she ever is added in Battlefront 2. I would Love for this to happen and really Hope it does but I don't know if they will add content from the Shows later in DLC's. She's just not Popular enough. On the Bright Side the Associate Design Director wants her in the game eventually. But if they only give us The Clone Wars Version it would be Too Predictable. This Version has been in quite a few games and the only game you can play as the Rebels Version of Ahsoka, Mobile Games don't count, is Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens. That's it. And ever since she returned to Star Wars in Rebels I have wanted to play as this Version of her in a Game, like Battlefront 2. This Version is Ahsoka in her Prime, she has that cool Outfit, and she uses WHITE Lightsabers, and lots of other Ahsoka Fans Love her White Lightsabers, not just me. I would be Very disappointed if we only got the Clone Wars Version. The Rebels Version of Ahsoka is the Most Current Version of her right now. So if we only got The Clone Wars Version, that would be disappointing. I'll be Surprised if she is ever added to the game. If they decide to give us BOTH Versions of Ahsoka, I'm all for it, as I Love Ahsoka in General, but if they only give us 1 Version, I would want to see the Rebels Version. Lots of Ahsoka Fans want to use her White Lightsabers in this game eventually, and who wouldn't? She looks so Cool with them. But I'll be surprised if we get Ahsoka at all, even in DLC's. If it is Hinted though that content from the Shows will be added Later, then I will have even More Hope that she will be added to this game Eventually. But I really want the Rebels Version in this game the most. If they give us The Clone Wars Version, too of course I will play as that Version as well. But I don't want The Clone Wars Version of Ahsoka fighting Vader in Cross Era Hero Matches just because we Never got the Rebels Version. If we get BOTH, Cool. But if we get the Rebels Version, this way The Clone Wars Version wouldn't be the Only Version fighting Vader in Cross Era Hero Matches, the Rebels Version would be fighting him, too. Plus, I feel the Rebels Version of Ahsoka and Rey would make a Great Team in Cross Era Hero Matches, especially since Rebels Ahsoka is closer to Rey's Age than Clone Wars Ahsoka. I don't know why but I have always wanted Ahsoka to meet Rey. I even have Funko Pops of Ahsoka and Rey directly next to each other on my Dresser, they never made a Clone Wars Ahsoka Funko Pop, so it is a Rebels Ahsoka Funko Pop, and it's my Opinion that Rebels Ahsoka and Rey look so Cool together. I would Love for Ashley Eckstein's and Daisy Ridley's characters to interact with each other in Cross Era Hero Matches eventually, since it will probably never happen in Canon. As I was saying, I'm not saying I don't want the Clone Wars Version of Ahsoka in the Game at all. I'm saying it would be a Missed Opportunity for the Rebels Version of Ahsoka to NEVER be added At All. If we're lucky maybe we'll get DLC's themed around Clone Wars and Rebels in the Future. I do not expect content from the Shows at Launch. But it would be a Welcome Surprise to see content from the Shows be added later that would allow us to play as characters like Ahsoka, Captain Rex, and The Grand Inquisitor, etc etc. This way some DLC's would be themed around The Last Jedi, some around Rogue One, some themed around The Clone Wars TV Show, and some around Rebels. The reason why it would be unexpected for content from the TV Shows to be added later is because Clone Wars and Rebels are Underrated, and Most Star Wars Fans ASSUME BOTH are Only for Children, which they're not. In other words, Dave Filoni deserves more Credit. Plus, if we get content added from the Shows eventually in this game, this would be the Very First time ANY Star Wars Battlefront Game included content from the TV Shows. And it would be a New Addition to the Star Wars Battlefront Franchise.

As a fan of Ahsoka, I want her in the game. Any version, preferably both old and young Ahsoka depending on the map.
Those who are saying the older one doesn't make sense, yes, it does. She is in the Rebels show, meaning it is Canon, a show which has some of the ships and locations that are already in this game. The campaign has some of them.
And, yes some of the Rebels from the TV show were in Rogue One, Hera (only mentioned as General Syndulla over the intercom), Saw Gerrera and Chopper as well as their ship the Ghost. Do an internet search and find out yourself. So, it's not a stretch to include Ahsoka in future content since they have already included characters form the TV show in the movies as well as locations/ships from Rogue One being in the first SWBF and this new SWBF2.
- Anonymous8 years agoIt definitely has to be a realistic version. It would look incredibly stupid if everyone else looks real while she’s all cartoony.
- Anonymous8 years agoOk, this debate has gone on long enough. If they added her to the game eventually. She wouldn’t be Animated. She would be made to match the rest of the Graphics. You are Stupid if you think they’d Animate her when all the other Heroes match the Graphics of the Game. 🙄
- HeirToTheDemon528 years agoRising NoviceWhy not both? Character skins are a thing. Wouldn’t be too hard to have the same fighting and abilities but with one younger and one older. Then you could play immersively depending on the era
