See the screenshot above. I have over 70 kills with the DC-15LE and still can't claim the "Training Session" reward. I tried restarting the game a couple of times, getting more kills but the claim button stays greyed out. Fix this please.

Hey guys, looking for some input/help here.

I got all of the required kills in order to complete DC-15LE Sharpshooter and FINALLY get my Exploding Shot for the DC-15LE.

The problem is that after getting all the required kills, the challenge failed to unlock so that I could claim my reward.

What gives?

Is this a glitch?

How do I get the prize I worked so hard to earn?

Having exactly the same issue with 'A280 Target Practice' and 'Complete your Training'. Had no problems claiming any milestones prior to tonight.

Unable to claim my prizes. Offline I got the message to go online to claim my prize but when I go online I'm unable to claim the prize. ☹️
- Heavy Trooper Medal
- FWMB-10k Training session.
Anything I can do ?!

Now it seems to be the case with all trooper rewards. This is totally unacceptable.

Same here on 2 milestones on ps4 multiplayer. Achieved the 500 heavy kills for the gun and thermal detonator milestone but cannot claim the rewards, bar is filled but all greyed out.

I've had several rewards break for me today. A Kylo Ren one, a Finn one, and the last unlock for that gun as well. >:/
