1/26/18 XBOX ONE X: (Arcade mode) “Earn 3 stars on every battle scenario. (SOLO)”.
I finished every light side and Darkside Challenge (tier I, II, III). My game shows 48/48 as completed. Including “the force is with you” challenge. The arcade challenges still show as 20/21.
The press (A) CLAIM REWARD button is gray. (I can’t interact with it)
The last mission I had to beat was “REBELS, BLAST ‘EM” (tier III).
Failed attempts to fix this bug are as follows:
Cold rebooting my console several times, logging out, playing online modes, beating the last challenge “REBELS, BLAST ‘EM” (tier III) again, completing arcade dailies the next day, uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
I cannot find the answer anywhere on the Internet for this one. I attached screenshots as well.
Between this site and the forum this is an epidemic. Not to mention the millions of people that don’t get online to report it.

I'm repeating myself, but on PS4 if you reset game licenses, you'll be able to go in and earn new rewards... but the old, locked-out ones will still be glitched.
Every time you get booted from a session, you need to go and reset the license again.
I have 4 locked awards, but I've opened and collected 2 new trooper milestones.
Overall that means I can't finish the milestones until Dice/EA fix this, but it's nice to be making a little progress again.
