Cannot Link New Epic Games Account
For some reason my Epic Games account does not exist anymore, password reset says account not found and contacting Epic Games customer support is like sending messages to a black hole. I created a new Epic Games account and unlinked my old account from EA but now receive this message:
"An EA Account can only be linked to one Epic Games account in it's lifetime"
Wow! I don't understand this logic at all but there's no way to attach a new Epic Games account? I also don't understand all this platform linking and what not. Why does downloading and installing Battlefront II in the EA App need Epic Games to launch? I do not play games often but this seems over complicated and ridiculous!
While you can try to contact EA support directly to see if they can help, you likely need Epic support to resolve this for you.
