Cannot log into battlefront 2 Xbox. Has me reset my password

Trying to play battlefront 2 online.  It says I need to reset my password.  I reset it and it keeps saying it.  Went to see if my Xbox account was linked and it wasn't.  Tried to link it and it says it is already linked to another account and gave me this email address.  10*****@disabled.ea.com.  any help would be greatly appreciated
