Can't Launch the Game

I bought the game from Steam.

I click play, and the EULA pop-up screen appears. I click the blue "Accept" button and the pop-up disappears. The game doesn't launch. If I try to launch the game from the EA app, the same thing happens.

Seriously, this is ridiculous. 

How can I play the game I paid for
