I think i found something , try to press several times(while zoomed) on 2 (were is the orbital strike ) , that shoul work.
Won't work. The binoculars cannot be activated on PC. No zooming with the binoculars is possible.
Pressing the activation button while zoomed with the primary weapon will not activate the binoculars either.
