Won't work. The binoculars cannot be activated on PC. No zooming with the binoculars is possible.
Pressing the activation button while zoomed with the primary weapon will not activate the binoculars either.

One and a half year later, still the same. This isnt solved. Its an ugly workaround.
Instead you have to press F2!!! Who came up with this nonsense?!?!
