Can't recieve any invite, game tells me to install the already installed game.

Question

Hi, whenever any of my friends send me an invite to join their party in the middle of the game, the game tells me to install the game instead. I don't know why, but It happened all of a sudden since 1 week ago. I tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, erasing the cache of EA app, but nothing works. I don't know what changed, but I can't get any invite anymore. I play the Steam version of the game (trough EA app), and my friends the EA app version directly. I never had this problem. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

PS: In the attached file you can see at the right corner down what's the problem.

Yeah i have the same issue. I know another person with the same exact issue too. I contacted EA support about it but I'm assuming it'll fall on deaf ears. The only solution I found was for me to invite everyone. I play with a clan and other different clan members. But basically just invite someone and then get that someone to invite the others. It's the only solution. It's a little inconvenient but it'll yield the same results.&nbsp;

I've seen some others post similar issues over the past several months. I suggest you search this forum, if you haven't already.

I recall seeing something where the invites stopped working for a day or two and then came back. If it doesn't after a couple days (and the other posts don't help you resolve your issue), I suggest you respond to this post.

I've been searching other posts, but none of them offers a solution quiet&nbsp;appropriate to this matter. I don't know what else to do.

Posted two weeks ago and they haven't even said "we are looking into it." I'm having the same issue and they haven't responded to the other thread I posted on, either. They had time to merge my thread on the issue into another one, though! I wonder if they will merge this one, too, and still not respond...&nbsp;

It's really frustrating, I cannot play with my friend, too

And support doesn't help at all - in ea app it tells me to buy a game already been in my library, and if i'm in game after request to join the party sent by my friend it tells to install game to join... EA - good job, as always 🙂
