Summarize your bug I Can't run the game anymore from Steam after linking Epic Games with Origin. When I try to launch the game from Steam it gives me a message that I need an Activation code. I already had it on Steam

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you link Epic games account with origin account, you can't play the game from steam anymore
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't start it and play it from steam, it wants activation code, it says it's unidentified game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game launch and be able to play it. I would really like this to be fixed, I purchased the game from steam, and i can't play it now

Cant remove, been trying it all morning. Even got Epic to remove the game from my Epic library and still nothing.
EA cant remove the game they say and just told me to wait whilst EA and Steam work it out
@itsfrancis11 I requested a refund, they did it.
so now the game cant launch at all, even not from steam, because that key didnt work at all, and now the Epic one doesnt wark too.
I want to know if the employee responsible for this crap will be fired! I have subscribed for an EA Play subscription and cannot play. Disgusting!

I have a plan, but idk if its gonna work.
First get a refund from Epic Games so that you don't own the game anymore, then delete the Epic Games Store, after that Orgin. When thats done, open the game through Steam, Steam then will install Orgin and maybe, it will be not linked to Epic anymore?
I hope that makes sense and works, but I'm not sure if it;s worth a try because by deleting the Epic Games Store It will delete all the games I have and reinstalling them will take ages (GTA Fortnite Rocketleague and more)...
I already uninstalled the Epic Launcher and it didn't work, but I won't request a refund to the Epic, it's my right. EA has to make it work for both a Launcher (Epic) and another (Steam), I'm paying for the EA Play on Steam and I want my game on Steam, and I have a Copy on Epic and I want my copy on Epic. That simple!!!
