Can't Stop Spinning

Summarize your bug Often I find that I cannot stop spinning constantly in a game. Mainly the campaign or multiplayer. I have no controller plugged into my PC and sticky keys is disabled. A restart of my PC clears it temporarily but it will just come back. Is there a more permanent solution?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Often on the second multiplayer round or respawn in the campaign.
What happens when the bug occurs? Character spins clockwise, does not stop and player loses all control.
What do you expect to see? Not spinning and to be able to control the character.

I have no controller plugged in, only input is the mouse and keyboard. Sticky keys is disabled. A simple restart of the PC clears it temporarily but it does not come back.
