I have also the same problem with this milestone as you, but I have even one more milestone as @Bearpaw5000 mentioned the Finn's milestone "A fight you can win". Will they fix this milestone bug too ?

According to Ben, both the "Death From Above" and "A Fight You Can Win" milestones should be corrected in the Jan 30 update.

  @grimmace2 The death from above for the Jet Trooper isn't fixed. It doesn't work for me.
