Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not believe it can be easily replicated, my best guess is that it occurs due to an error when a new game or server is loaded. More than that I can not possibly say without access to server logs (which obviously, I wouldn't have. :P)
What happens when the bug occurs? The game puts all players in the same team, in this case the republic. From my observations, the game will, based on that morep layers are needed in the game (on the opposite team), continue to add more players, but to the team that already has players. This goes beyond the 20-player team limit; The game is stating 20-30 players are needed (presumably, because the republic has that many players, and it wishes to balance out the game.) Why this occurs is not apparent. In addition, possibly either due to a lack of other servers, or because of the amount of players needed, all or next to all players (I have been unable to verify if it is possible to connect to any other servers) will be connected to the same, bugged server. Either way, as a result, this makes Capital Supremacy unplayable while a bugged server is running, as it does not appear to be (next to?) impossible to connect to a functional server.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see teams of no more than 20 players, and that the total up-to 40 players are divided up on both teams.

At the time of writing this, a bugged server is still running. I'm certain this bug has been reported before, but I'm not really sure how else to bring attention to the momentary issue which is majorily preventing players from playing Supremacy on PC. Since this bug does not usually occur, but I have encountered it before, I am going to safely assume that something went wrong in the startup of the game, and that a reboot would quick-fix it. (Though that is only a temporary solution, and this bug still needs to be adressed.) My previous encounter of this was a Age of Resistance Supremacy game, 04/10/2020.
