Summarize your bug Character just stares at ground in-game, or at the sky if you invert controls. only happens in game. you can turn and shoot and move but you cant look up

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i seem to be part of a few having the bug. it happens in any game mode 100% of the time
What happens when the bug occurs? i stare at the ground and can move and turn and shoot, but cant look up
What do you expect to see? i expect my guy to stay looking forward

character in-game just stares at the ground. i can turn and shoot and move, but i cant look up. if i invert the controls then it goes opposite and is stuck looking up. tried disconnecting the mouse and using game pad only. tried disconnecting everything but the mouse. i tried a brand dew mouse different brand and model. i reinstalled the game. i might just have to get a refund i am thinking.
