characters progression and star cards in battlefront 2 have been reset
Log into ps5 and it shows what levels I was at but everything including preorder skins are locked

Hmm, that's indeed very odd. I will check with the teams if there could be a known cause of this issue. Hope to have more information as soon as possible.
Is it maybe possible that you have multiple PSN IDs and multiple EA accounts?
Still showing same. Can u reset progress or allow me to unlock star cards for the levels in still showing

Unfortunately, it's not possible for the EA Support team to perform an account reset or something along those lines.
