characters progression and star cards in battlefront 2 have been reset
Log into ps5 and it shows what levels I was at but everything including preorder skins are locked

Unfortunately, it's not possible for the EA Support team to perform an account reset or something along those lines.
Is it maybe possible that you have multiple PSN IDs and multiple EA accounts?
