Hi @EA_Atic That has been done, he has been reported dozens of times over the past month. Nothing has been done. He comes in, destroys the lobby 1 shot killing everyone for the night, gloats and taunts people until the lobby dies. It's impossible to play. Loyal vets of this franchise and the community deserve just a little support on this.
Yes we really need a better system in place. Cheaters are destroying my game as well U.S Virginia server.
It's an absolute disgrace EA do nothing about this. Ticket after ticket, report after report, not a single person there seems to give a crap about their customers to actually ACT. We spoon feed support exact information about WHO, WHEN, WHERE. All they need to do is lift a finger to validate and ban. But, nothing. Name the cheat here though and they quickly edit it out. Priorities, right?
Australia GA lobby is basically dead now. Can't get a game most of the time, even during peak night time. Dead. People have just given up after 4+ weeks of the cheat coming in every night. Well done EA team.
Are we not loud enough? How can you trust that any EA game past this will take care of cheaters? Yeah i hate the whole "name and shame" thing. I also feel that their current system cannot in any way handle the volume of cheaters. I am not exaggerating that i see a cheater at least once per day.
Very often its the same old cheater.... And you know what happens when they get banned "after nearly 2 months" they come right back under a different name doing the same * all over again.
