Cheater ruining AUSTRALIA Galactic Assault lobby every night

Can confirm they take on other peoples names just slightly altered to bully them.

I find this so depressing. The game community on PC in Australia is so small, it is always the same folks on each and every night. This one guy comes on and ruins it for everyone. It would be different if this game had a large anonymous community, but it is the same small number of folks each and every night. It is like spiting into the face of your brother. Please just ban him from the game. I always report the player each and every time it happens. 

It is not like he is denying it either. He just admits it in the in game chats.

This hacker must be stopped, he has been plaguing Australian severs for far to long it is crazy i can't get a match on any mode during the day and then at night those join quickly are gone once this hacker joins, the crazy amount of reporting has done nothing and that is disgusting, i know that the game no longer is getting the content updates but where is EA's loyalty to those who have paid in full for the game, it is us that pays for these games and we will pay for future games, but where is our support from EA , it is just sad to se the Australian  empty every day because of this hacker i hope EA can get off their behinds And show some loyalty towards their customers otherwise BF2 Severs will be empty for good within the next month.

Can you please escalate this within EA? This is going on for too long, the reporting system is not working as intended. We paid money for this game. Either offer us a refund or hire a third-party company, like PunkBuster, to moderate the communities and prevent cheating.
I didn't waste $100 to be told "get used to cheaters that change their names to that of other players to bully them, and besmirch their reputation by hacking as them". If you wouldn't cheat at Monopoly with your friends or family, why would anyone want to cheat at an online game?

@EA_Atic could you please look into this as a matter of urgency , the * is destorying the little last bit of Australian online community left on the game.

Another night the lone remaining AUS GA lobby gets trashed by the cheat  aka latest name change as you can see... now impersonating other people and continually gloating.

@Mumsspagatti2001 Anyone viewing screenshot keep in mind that  is a namechange --  is not a hacker.
This is just an example of the bullying the community has to endure from this hacker and other hackers.

I sense a plot to destroy the Jedi er, fair GA games...

In all seriousness, please do take at least a small bit of action EA. Having another player who’s hacking disguising themselves as a potentially legit player just to get the potentially legit player banned, and this hacker being out there ravaging what used to be fair GA/CS games, is filth at its finest.

I'm closing down the topic, the forums is not for reporting cheaters and breaks our no name and shame rules we have on the forum.
