Chewie Shock Grenade, Duration Bug

Summarize your bug The current bug with the shock grenade is that it seems to last much longer now with the duration star card than it could before these past two updates; however, no update was done to increase the length of the shock grenade in any of the recent updates. It seems like the shock grenade effect wears off of you, but you are still stuck for like an extra 3-4 seconds before you can do anything. Seems to be most prevalent when playing Grievous and maul, but I think it is happening to all characters now. Also it is causing an issue with Grievous were he is able to move around slightly near the end of the shock grenades life, but is still unable to attack for another few seconds. Kind of like what happens when Grievous does one of his specials and he has to wait an extra few seconds before he can do standard attack again. This seems like it's a bug too because it doesn't happen to anyone else after getting out of the shock grenade effect.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have someone play as chewy with the shock grenade duration star card and shock any enemy you will see that the shock grenade seems to last way too long now and the effects seem to wear off at the end but you are stuck no doing anything for like an extra 2-4 seconds. It is especially prevalent with Grievous. He can move once the shock grenade wears off, but is unable to fight for like an extra 2 seconds or so.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are frozen much longer than you use to be frozen by the shock grenade when the person had the duration star card activated. Grievous is like extra affected by the shock grenade and can't attack for a few seconds after the effect wears off, but he can move a little bit.
What do you expect to see? Effect shouldn't last as long even with the duration star card. Also Grievous shouldn't be prevented from immediately attacking once the effect wears off.
