What platform? PC? XBOX?
Where did you purchase the game? EA? Epic? etc.
What launcher are you using? EA? Epic? etc.

Steam

Got it.
It sounds like you have a rights issue where you installed the game.
- Uninstall the game, Steam and the EA app (and Origin, if you still have it).
- Make sure you are using an account that has full rights to whatever folders you intend to install to.
- Reinstall Steam, then EA app, then the game.
Let me know how it goes.
I've already tried that, I even deleted the entries in regedit, still nothing

Post a screen shot of the security settings for the folder you have confirmed you are installing to. White the account names and click on the account you're using.

You've confirmed you have plenty of free space on the drive, yes?
Also, you are connected on-line when playing, yes?
I use PC. I purchased the game on steam. I'm using the steam launcher. Recently, I have started using mods with frosty. Sometimes, when I add a new mod and launch the game, it resets everything in my game and I have to manually set everything back. Is there any solution to this? Thank you.

@chadgaming7979 Sorry to say you are going to struggle to get help with mods in this forum. See this.
